Media Services Coordinator

Media Services Coordinator

 

REQUIRED CRITERIA:        

  1. Bachelor's degree in communications or related field, MA preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in communications/public relations management; school communication experience preferred.
  3. Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  4. Demonstrated skills and experience in website content management systems, mass notification platforms and social media.
  5. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro, as well as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Artificial Intelligence applications.
  6. Experience in managing an operating budget and coordinating contracted services.
  7. Experience in video script-writing, production and digital photography.
  8. Experience in working collaboratively with stakeholders, including community members and agencies.
  9. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities across different areas, consistently meet deadlines, and maintain organization.
  10. Demonstrated skills as a team leader able to motivate staff while providing multiple communication vehicles to enhance the overall image of Pemberton Township Schools.
  11. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable. 

Minimum Salary: $90,000.00 ; Salary commensurate with experience
