Fan Affinity Brand Ambassadors

FAN AFFINITY BRAND AMBASSADORS 

April 2026 – February 2027 

The Cleveland Browns are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Ambassador to support the Marketing Department’s needs including, but not limited to, activations and events, and execution of fan affinity programs. The Brand Ambassadors will gain hands-on experience performing a variety of roles within a fast-paced environment, while supporting the development of marketing strategies and initiatives in the Cleveland Market and beyond. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail, an outgoing and enthusiastic work-ethic, positive attitude and desire to learn & grow within the sports marketing industry. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Fan Affinity Engagement & Relationship Management 

  • Serve as primary liaison for designated fan affinity groups (e.g., Browns Backers Barking Backers, Jr. Browns Backers) 
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for affinity members and chapter leaders. 
  • Represent the Browns at affinity-related events, watch parties, community gatherings, and special activations. 

 

Event Execution & On-Site Representation 

  • Coordinate logistics for appearances, giveaways, and promotional activations. 
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld across all touchpoints (visual presentation, messaging, tone). 
  • Capture fan insights and feedback to inform future programming. 

 

Program Growth & Activation 

  • Identify opportunities to expand affinity programming into new markets or demographics. 
  • Support marketing initiatives that drive membership enrollment and participation. 
  • Promote Browns affinity benefits (exclusive access, merchandise offers, contests, experiences). 
  • Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships to activate sponsors within affinity programs. 

 

Communication & Content Support 

  • Assist in drafting affinity communications, newsletters, and social content. 
  • Collect and share user-generated content from events and chapters. 
  • Support storytelling efforts that spotlight outstanding fan groups and community impact. 

 

Data Tracking & Reporting 

  • Maintain accurate records of chapter engagement, attendance, and participation metrics. 
  • Provide post-event recap reports with insights and recommendations. 

 

Community & Brand Advocacy 

  • Act as a positive, energetic representative of the Cleveland Browns brand in public settings. 
  • Uphold organizational values and ensure a welcoming, inclusive fan experience. 
  • Support charitable and community initiatives in coordination with the team’s community relations efforts. 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Currently reside in the greater Cleveland market. 
  • Reliable transportation to and from CrossCountry Mortgage Campus, Huntington Bank Field and off-site events. 
  • Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license. 
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and potential holidays. 
  • Ability to work all home games (schedule to release in May) 
  • Ability to stand for 4+ hours at off-site events. 
  • Ability to lift items over 50 pounds. 
  • Punctuality and strong time management skills. 
  • Comfortable interacting with dogs of all sizes. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Ability to think and work in a creative atmosphere and share ideas openly. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication. 
  • Passion to drive fan-obsession for the Cleveland Browns.
