Job Title: Field Marketing Rep

Location: West Chester, Greater Cincinnati Area
Job Type: Flexible Hours, Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends
Compensation: Weekly Pay, Bonus Incentives

Prodigy Home Pros is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Field Marketing Team! Whether you're looking to break into sales and marketing or want to be part of a team that’s making an impact in the Greater Cincinnati Area, this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, people-first company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with homeowners, Door-to-Door, at their residence to educate them about Roof Prodigy's services
  • Generate leads and schedule assessments for our home specialists
  • Represent our brand with professionalism, positivity, and integrity
  • Work with a collaborative team that values growth and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with potential customers
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Coachable attitude with a desire to learn and improve
  • Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
  • Growth-minded and motivated by personal and professional development
  • Sales or Customer Service background (preferred) 
  • Flexible hours with preferred availability/flexibility from 3PM-7PM weekdays, 10AM-3PM Saturdays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Able to pass a drug screening
