Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the school, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation

- Oversee curriculum development and implementation to meet educational goals
- Supervise and evaluate teaching staff to ensure quality instruction
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and community stakeholders
- Represent the school at public events and engage in public speaking engagements
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and initiatives
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Lead efforts in fundraising and resource development
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in education administration or related field
- Proven track record of successful leadership in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and parents
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of current educational trends and research
Education:
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Valid Idaho Administrator certification
