Learning and Development Intern

The student will assist in designing and implementing corporate training programs focused on leadership development, technical certification, and professional growth. The student will support curriculum development, help build micro-learning modules, and assist in tracking engagement metrics through the company’s learning management system.

The student will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical and operational knowledge into structured learning content. Exposure to adult learning theory and instructional design strategy will provide practical experience in corporate education environments.

This internship will develop competencies in curriculum development, communication strategy, training evaluation, and project coordination—preparing the student for careers in learning and development, HR, consulting, or organizational leadership.
