General Manager
We are a dynamic neighborhood destination combing a vibrant market, high volume pizzeria and award-winning wine shop. We pride ourselves on exceptional hospitality, curated products, operational excellence and a strong community presence.
The GM position is responsible of overseeing all daily operations across market, pizzeria and wine shop. This leader ensures seamless service, strong financial performance, team development and elevated guest experience. Must be equally comfortable on the floor during peak service, managing inventory and leading strategic operational planning.
- Oversee all daily operations across market, pizzeria and retail
- Maintain exceptional standards of hospitality and guest experience.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, wine presentation, merchandising and cleanliness.
- Lead service standards training and hold team accountable to perform expectations.
- Actively manage floor during peak periods
- Recruit, hire, train and develop managers and staff across all FOH departments
- Create schedules aligned with sales forecasts and labor targets
- Foster a positive, accountable, and performance driven culture
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Lead by example with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of AGM or GM management in hospitality (hybrid concepts a plus)
- Strong operational background in restaurant and/or specialty environment
- Experience managing wine programs or strong wine knowledge preferred
- Ability to drive profitability
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
