Paralegal - Intellectual Property Law Firm

Holihan & Harchuck is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to support attorneys in intellectual property enforcement matters, including copyright and trademark enforcement and anti-counterfeiting work.

 Responsibilities include: 

• Drafting cease and desist letters and related enforcement correspondence; 
• Assisting with preparation of legal documents, exhibits, and settlement materials; 
• Conducting online investigations and research related to infringing activity; 
• Coordinating with investigators regarding evidence collection and case development; 
• Assisting with merchandise intake, cataloging, and documentation of surrendered or seized infringing goods; 
• Maintaining organized case files and investigative records; 
• Tracking deadlines and managing calendars; and 
• Providing general litigation and administrative support as needed. 

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior legal experience is preferred but not required.
