Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Operations Manager to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support across the organization. The person in this role functions as a key partner to leadership and supports marketing and office operations to ensure the business runs smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys execution, coordination, and problem-solving, and who thrives in a small-company environment where priorities can shift and collaboration is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to company leadership
  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for the CEO and senior leaders
  • Coordinate and support marketing initiatives, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and managing assets
  • Manage office operations, including supplies, vendors, scheduling, and internal logistics
  • Assist with project coordination across teams to ensure tasks and deadlines are met
  • Support special projects and initiatives
  • Support HR-related activities such as onboarding, documentation, and internal coordination
  • Support company culture-building efforts, including internal events, communications, and team initiatives
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and assist with implementing practical improvements

     

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in operations, administrative support, project coordination, or a related role
  • Project management experience
  • Experience supporting executives or senior leaders preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively anticipating needs
  • Experience and comfort with technology to support operational, marketing, HR needs (e.g. Microsoft Suite, Google Apps, Asana, Hubspot, etc.)

     

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in executive support or office management
  • Experience supporting HR 
  • Experience in a small business or startup environment
  • Experience with entry and/or management with a CRM, especially Hubspot
