Do you want to get paid well while working hard, getting fit, and spending your summer outdoors?
Valley of the Flowers (VOTF) is made up of two amazing teams: our Amazing Maintenance Maniacs and our Incredibly Cool Construction Crew. We specialize in high-end custom landscapes and take pride in the quality and creativity of our work.
Our crew is made up of highly motivated professionals who work hard so we can fuel our passions for skiing, mountain biking, fishing, and backpacking. Come join the team and stack up some cash for the winter! Unless delayed by weather, our crews work four 10-hour days each week—giving you three-day weekends all season long. Our main season runs from late April to early November (until the snow finally falls!).
Valley of the Flowers is an awesome place to work. We love what we do, and we have fun doing it! That said, we work hard and hold high expectations for our team members.

About the Crews
Amazing Maintenance Crew
The landscape perfectionists. This crew keeps our properties dialed, vibrant, and thriving while using skill, hustle, and a sharp eye for detail to make every space look its absolute best.Tasks include:
Weeding
Pruning
Planting flowers
Refreshing mulch
Mowing small lawns
Enhancing wildflowers and native revegetation
Incredibly Cool Construction Crew
Installs intricate, custom landscapes using a variety of machines and techniques. The work is engaging and challenging—exercising both your mind and muscles throughout the day.
All crews work hard, eat good snacks, and hang out with great coworkers.
Physical Requirements
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (digging, bending, lifting, etc.) throughout the day
Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, and sometimes snow)
Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
Strong physical endurance and the ability to handle a full day of labor
