About Roc360
Roc360 is a vertically integrated financial services platform focused on residential real estate. We operate as a business-purpose lender, providing flexible capital solutions to real estate entrepreneurs and lenders, and as an investment manager, structuring and managing institutional capital across credit strategies.
By combining deep real estate expertise with data-driven underwriting and technology-enabled processes, Roc360 plays a critical role across the real estate finance ecosystem—originating loans, managing risk, and allocating capital on behalf of investors.
Program Overview
The Roc360 Summer Analyst Program is designed to give rising juniors early exposure to how a modern real estate finance platform operates across lending, investing, and corporate functions. Summer Analysts are embedded within a specific department and work on live projects that directly support the firm’s lending and investment activities.
Throughout the program, interns gain hands-on experience analyzing risk, evaluating growth opportunities, supporting strategic initiatives, and using data to inform decision-making. Summer Analysts work closely with team members and senior leaders, building a foundational understanding of real estate finance, fintech, and asset management.
The program culminates in a capstone project where interns present their work and insights to the broader organization.
