Office Administrator

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily administrative operations of our preschool. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast-paced educational environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries

Maintain student records, enrollment documents, and office filing systems

Assist with billing, tuition processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and school events

Support licensing documentation and compliance requirements

Order and manage office supplies

Assist the director and teaching staff with administrative tasks as needed

 

Qualifications

Previous experience in office administration, receptionist, or similar role preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Experience in a school or childcare setting is a plus
