Do you have commission only experience?

6*6*600=3600 with 2 appointments a day with the average 1/2 closing rate. +12*25 per appointment you do the math. It can easily be 3 or 4 appointments a day.

There's also a Road Dawg opportunity paying a daily per diem, this is totally optional.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Promote and sell products or services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
• Handle outbound calling campaigns to reach potential clients and follow up on leads
• Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary, and ensure proper documentation
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and achieve sales targets

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training provided
• Strong sales background with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and communication purposes
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client services in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling and typing tasks
