Fussbally is not a traditional soccer club.
We are building the most development-focused youth soccer training system in Colorado — with professional coaching, structured level progression, and a high-performance culture. We are growing fast, and we need someone who wants to build something meaningful, not clock in and clock out.
This is a leadership-track role. The right person will grow into a true executive position as the company scales.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
This role owns operational excellence across the company.
Scheduling & Logistics
- Build and manage seasonal training schedules
- Coordinate coach availability and field assignments
- Oversee tournament and game scheduling
- Ensure sessions run smoothly and on time
Permits & Field Management
- Secure and manage park and facility permits
- Maintain relationships with cities and field partners
- Plan ahead to prevent operational bottlenecks
Test Session Conversions
- Oversee our free trial system
- Ensure families are followed up with
- Track conversion rates and improve them
- Build urgency and structure into sign-up process
On-Field Parent Communication
- Be present at sessions
- Handle parent questions professionally and confidently
- Build trust while protecting company standards
Complaint Resolution
- Own customer complaints
- Respond calmly and clearly
- Turn friction into loyalty
- Protect brand reputation
Website & Systems Management
- Update website pages
- Ensure schedules and links are accurate
- Coordinate with developers when needed
- Maintain clean internal systems

Compensation
- Base Salary: $57,000–$70,000
- Performance-based bonus tied to:
- Revenue growth
- Conversion rate improvement
- Operational efficiency
- NPS/customer satisfaction
