Small Law Firm practicing Civil Rights Law (false arrest/police brutality) in the Financial District in Manhattan is looking for a full time paralegal.

You should be a highly organized person who enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You must have an exceptional personality with a sunny disposition because you will spend most of your time on the phone and in person with clients and prospective clients. Experience in Criminal Law and/or Personal Injury, Spanish speaking, notary, Excel, Google Docs, legal software, tech savvy, customer service, paralegal certificates or degrees is a plus.

Responsibility highlights:

· Heavy phone time with clients and prospective clients

· Intaking and retaining new clients

· Data entry into legal software

· Document review

The full time position is 9am to 6pm in office 4 days per week and work from home on Fridays.
