Junior Sales Associlate
The Sales Associate will support the Sales team and CEO in growing our business within Software as a Servce (SaaS), Human Captial Management (HCM), Software Implementations and Development and Services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary support for the Sales team and CEO in growing territory revenue and exceeding revenue budget.
- Participate in onboarding training and continuous learning opportunities.
- Gain hands-on experience with the HR1Systems of services.
- Establish relationships across support organizations.
- Participate and co-host client events.
- Understand all aspects of the selling process.
- Demonstrated teamwork and ability to partner with the sales team/organization and related cross functional partners.
- Responsible for retention and selling to a set of small accounts, which will grow over time.
- Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional service.
- Maintain accurate records of all call activity in salesforce.com and report call information, sales leads, and customer profiles correctly and accurately in a timely manner.
- Learn all HR1Systems policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Most Important Assignment of all: Maintaining our CRM (leads, clients and accounts data) for tracking, follow-ups, and building long term relationships with our networks, clients and prospects.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelors degree required in business administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.
- Minimum Experience:
- <1-2+ plus years in a sales-related role
- Hyper focused towards action- results driven.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize.
- Excellent organiziatonal skills, ability to track and retrieve data fast and efficiently.
- Solid decision-making, presentation, and organization skills.
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written) and professional appearance (without using ChatGPT, in the beginning).
- Ability and drive to manage multiple priorities and achieve results.
- Desire to be a future sales executive.
