Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Representative. The successful candidate will identify and engage potential clients, generate leads, and build strong relationships to drive business opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting research to identify potential prospects, managing outbound engagement through phone, email, and social media, scheduling client meetings, and collaborating with the sales team to develop growth strategies and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and conducting outreach.
- Experience in lead generation, sales strategies, and business development initiatives.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities to identify market opportunities and potential clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data management to track and manage client leads and interactions.
- Results-driven attitude and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple opportunities and tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in utility or infrastructure sectors is a plus but not required.
