Summary/Objective: We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our Popeyes team. As Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our team members during your assigned shift, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service, and that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities
•Assigns cleaning duties to team members to ensure the restaurant is always clean and tidy.
•Calls chicken drops to ensure that our guests receive hot, fresh food.
•Supervises the shift when supported by another manager, making decisions that drive sales, control costs, and ensure excellent customer service.
•Coaches team members to develop their skills and knowledge, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
•Completes day/shift inventory counts to ensure that we have the right products in stock to meet our guests' needs.
•Completes HAACP log to ensure that our food safety standards are met.
•Conducts table visits to ensure that our guests are satisfied with their experience and to identify opportunities for improvement.
•Develops the skills of team members through training, coaching, and feedback, helping them to achieve their goals and advance in their careers.
•Ensures that Brand Standards are met, including food quality, customer service, and restaurant cleanliness.
•Positions team members on shift to ensure that we have the right people in the right places to deliver excellent customer service.
•Tracks and records waste to identify opportunities for cost savings and to minimize our environmental impact.
•Supports team members during their shift, providing guidance, feedback, and encouragement to help them succeed.
•Supports the team during Limited Time Offer (LTO) execution, ensuring that we are prepared to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
•Demonstrates production planning awareness, understanding how to plan and execute food production to meet our guests' needs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
•Regularly required to communicate verbally, stand, walk, use hands for grasping and manipulating objects, reach with hands and arms, and perform movements such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
•Must be able to handle unprepared poultry products.
•Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
•Must lift and or move up to 30 pounds safely.
•Must maintain regular, reliable attendance.
Requirements
•1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
•Basic math skills and attention to detail.
•Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
•Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain within 14 days of hire).
•ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain within 14 days of hire).
Preferred Qualifications
•Previous experience in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant environment.
•Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
•Experience with inventory management and control.
