Position Overview

Our client is a highly reputable U.S.-based driver education provider with decades of experience helping learners become safe, confident, and responsible drivers. We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for students and customers.

This role focuses on handling inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to drive enrollments and sales to ensure operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about services, policies, and offerings.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints and returns in accordance with company policies.

Sales & Enrollment Growth

  • Identify student needs and recommend appropriate programs to maximize enrollment and sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed established targets.
  • Support client-specific initiatives, such as reviving recruitment or marketing campaigns.

Operations & Administration

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve internal processes.
  • Participate in skills assessment tests and final interviews as part of the team's growth.

Candidate Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote or onsite environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • This role is open to both bilingual (English and Spanish) and non-bilingual candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM systems for tracking and reporting performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with lead generation, sales outreach, or remote collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, etc.).
  • Prior experience in educational, training service industries, or student enrollment processes.
