ETF Sales Intern

About Simplify

Founded in 2020, Simplify Asset Management Inc. is a rapidly growing ETF issuer delivering institutional-grade investment solutions to investment allocators. The firm specializes in differentiated, derivative-based strategies designed to help manage risk, enhance income, and improve portfolio outcomes in complex market environments. With over $12 billion in assets under management across 30+ ETFs, Simplify combines disciplined risk management, thoughtful product design, and deep market expertise.

The Role

You'll work directly with our sales and distribution team across three core functions: keeping our CRM clean and actionable, supporting client relationship management through research and analysis, and generating and executing creative ideas to grow our retail channel. We run a lean team, so interns have direct exposure to senior leadership, contribute to decisions that matter, and leave with a genuine understanding of how ETF distribution works at a high-growth firm.

To be considered, candidates must apply with their resume and will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the role is filled.

What You'll Do

  • Work with CRM and third-party data providers to support the sales team's day-to-day workflow
  • Conduct client and prospect research to help prepare for meetings and identify opportunities
  • Analyze data to surface insights on client engagement and pipeline activity
  • Develop and pitch creative ideas for growing Simplify's retail presence

Who We're Looking For

  • Current students pursuing a bachelor's degree, ideally in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field graduating from May 2027 to July 2028 (Rising Junior or Senior)
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work independently to complete tasks by specified deadlines
  • Curious about financial markets
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal
