We have created an internship program to give students or recent graduates an opportunity to gain some experience with a seasoned Operational Team in the Technology Space. The Sales team at Powerlink Technologies is actively seeking new business and new clients with a constant need to increase our support staff.
As a Project Management Associate within our organization, you will help support our Project Management team for successful delivery. You will work closely with our Project Management Office.
General Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our project team in planning, executing, and tracking key initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are completed efficiently.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and documentation
Track project progress and update status reports
Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Support risk identification and issue resolution processes
Maintain organized project files and communication records
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Interest in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
