About Walk Your Plans
Walk Your Plans is an immersive architectural visualization studio that allows architects, designers, developers, and contractors to physically walk through full-scale projected plans before construction. Our space also serves as a creative venue for production, events, and industry gatherings.
We are looking for a highly motivated, relationship-driven professional to help grow our brand presence, drive business development, and manage day-to-day studio coordination.
Position Overview
This is a hybrid role combining business development, sales, relationship management, studio operations, and social media oversight.
The primary focus is driving traffic and revenue to the studio by building strong relationships within the architecture, design, development, and construction industries.
This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who enjoys outreach, networking, and being the face of a growing concept.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors
Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media, in-person visits)
Schedule and host demo walkthroughs at the studio
Follow up consistently and nurture long-term relationships
Develop referral pipelines and strategic partnerships
Help secure corporate events, product launches, and non-Walk Your Plans rentals
Relationship & Event Development
Plan and execute quarterly networking events (4–6 per year)
Collaborate with complementary brands for co-hosted events
Develop industry partnerships (furniture brands, materials companies, etc.)
Maintain ongoing communication with key industry players
Studio Management (Day-to-Day Oversight)
Coordinate bookings and studio calendar
Assist with client experience during walkthroughs
Help manage vendor relationships
Ensure the space is presentation-ready at all times
Social Media & Brand Presence
Plan and coordinate monthly social media content
Oversee Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Engage with target accounts (DMs, comments, outreach)
Assist in content shoots and event coverage
Track performance and growth metrics
Ideal Candidate
Strong communicator, confident on the phone and in person
Comfortable with outbound outreach and hearing “no”
Self-starter who thrives without heavy micromanagement
Highly organized and proactive
Comfortable in creative and design-focused environments
Social media savvy
Experience in architecture, design, real estate, or creative industries is a plus (but not required)
Sales experience is not required — we value persistence, personality, and relationship-building skills.
