Antitrust and Competition Law Fellow, Summer

PPI is partnering with the ABA Antitrust Law Section for the 2026 Law Student Public Interest Internship Stipend Program!

The ABA 2026 Law Student Public Interest Internship Stipend Program (“program”) is seeking applications from second-year law students who have an interest in antitrust, consumer protection, or privacy law and have been extended an offer for a summer 2026 Law Student Fellowship with the Progressive Policy Institute.

Those selected will receive a $5,000 stipend from the ABA program as well as ABA Antitrust Law Section membership, antitrust and consumer protection programming over the summer, participation in the Antitrust Law Section’s mentoring program, as well as various networking opportunities.

Please send an expression of interest by March 20, 2026, to PPI’s Vice President and Director of Competition Policy, Dr. Diana Moss at dmoss@ppionline.org. If accepted as a PPI 2026 law student fellow, applicants will apply next to the ABA program for the stipend.
