Business Development & Growth Intern

About the Role
Icono-Labs is looking for a Business Development Intern who is interested in the "how" behind tech consulting growth. This isn't just a cold-calling role; it’s about understanding the ecosystem of technical services and learning how to build a sustainable sales pipeline. You will work directly with our leadership team to identify new opportunities, refine our outreach strategy, and manage the early stages of the sales lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pipeline Management: Help maintain and clean our CRM data to ensure we are targeting the right stakeholders at the right companies.
- Market Research: Identify emerging trends in the tech consulting space and map out potential "warm" leads within our target industries.
- Outreach Support: Assist in drafting personalized outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, and events) that communicate Icono-Labs’ value proposition.
- Sales Operations: Sit in on discovery calls and take detailed notes to help prep proposals and follow-up materials.
What We’re Looking For
- A student (Junior/Senior) or recent grad with a major in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A "Research First" Mindset: You enjoy digging into a company's annual report or LinkedIn presence to find a relevant hook.
- Excellent Written Voice: You can write an email that sounds like a human wrote it, not a template.
- An interest in how technical services (like ERP or Cloud) are actually sold.
