The Business Ownership Program at Chick-fil-A of Murfreesboro is a selective 24–48 month leadership development opportunity for individuals pursuing long-term ownership and senior leadership within Chick-fil-A. This immersive program is designed to develop high-capacity leaders into competitive candidates for Chick-fil-A Operator roles, Corporate leadership pathways, or long-term leadership within Noblitt Hospitality.
Participants receive one-on-one coaching from the Chick-fil-A Operator and a certified leadership coach, work alongside experienced Directors, and are given real responsibility, accountability, and decision-making authority across all areas of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Progress from Team Member to Area Director within the first 6 months
- Lead both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations
- Train, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Set and execute business goals; develop systems and processes
- Monitor key business metrics and lead change initiatives
- Participate in monthly leadership development meetings
- Complete hands-on, rotational training in all areas of the restaurant
- Opportunity to support Chick-fil-A grand openings nationwide
- Create an environment of care, excellence, and restoration for guests and team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of leadership experience required
- Ability to commit to a 2–3 year development program
- Available to work 45+ hours per week, including Saturdays and evenings
- Strong leadership character: integrity, ownership, excellence, humility
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented
- Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with a servant-leader mindset
- 18+ years of age
Compensation & Benefits

- Paid Time Off starting at 56 hours, increasing up to 120 hours based on role
