USD $2,000 – $20,000+ per month (Commission-Based; Uncapped Earnings)

 

Overview

Bandi & Associates PLLC is a U.S.-based immigration law firm seeking a motivated and professional Paralegal to support client relations and business development initiatives in the international market.

The selected candidate will communicate professionally in English and other relevant languages with prospective and existing clients regarding U.S. immigration services. The role involves close coordination with U.S. immigration attorneys to facilitate client onboarding, case preparation, and ongoing case management.

This is a remote position open to qualified candidates worldwide.

 

Key Responsibilities

The Paralegal will play an important role in expanding the firm’s global immigration practice.

Primary responsibilities include:

Serve as a liaison between international clients and U.S. immigration attorneys.

Identify and cultivate prospective clients through digital marketing channels, networking, referrals, and international outreach initiatives.

Conduct professional consultations regarding U.S. immigration pathways (including employment-based, investment-based, and family-based categories).

Explain the scope of legal services, documentation requirements, timelines, fee structures, and engagement procedures.

Coordinate with attorneys and case managers to ensure smooth onboarding and case progression.

Maintain accurate CRM records and track client development metrics.

 

Qualifications

Education

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or holder of a bachelor’s degree (Law, Business, International Relations, or related field preferred).

 

Work Experience

Prior experience in client-facing roles, business development, sales, consulting, legal support services, immigration services, global mobility, or cross-border consulting is preferred but not required.

 

Required Knowledge & Skills

Basic familiarity with U.S. immigration categories (e.g., EB-1, EB-2, EB-5, H-1B, L-1, family-based immigration) is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in at least one additional foreign language is required.

Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and client development abilities.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills.

Results-oriented mindset and comfort working under a commission-based compensation structure.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality awareness.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience living, studying, or working outside one’s home country.

Demonstrated cross-cultural communication skills.

Interest in international mobility, immigration policy, or global business.

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based position. Monthly earnings typically range from approximately USD $2,000 to USD $20,000 or more, depending on performance and client acquisition results. There is no cap on earning potential.
