About the Program:
- Location: Saint Petersburg, FL
- Timeframe: Length of a semester; however, some may be extended
- Hours: 20-40 hours per week, flexible schedule to accommodate class schedule

Summary/Objective The Client Services Coordinator Intern supports the Client Services team in managing relationships with retailers, distributors, manufacturers and other clients who leverage our products and services. The intern will assist with client-related tasks and initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in account management and customer service.
Essential Functions
- Assist with responding to and following up on Client Services inquiries and emails from internal departments and clients
- Support reporting activities – help create, update and distribute sales/errors, claims, call and other reports for clients and internal team members
- Learn to research, verify, and process service plan registration errors under supervision
- Assist with sales processing for specific clients, including formatting and updating sales files
- Support dealer catalog file setup and maintenance activities
- Learn dealer setup data input procedures
- Help track and respond to dealer escalations and ensure appropriate resolution
- Assist Client Service Account Managers with requests for support and information as needed
- Participate in client relationship building activities
- Shadow experienced team members to learn industry best practices

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with ability to complete tasks accurately
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Enthusiasm for learning new concepts and systems
- Customer service mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or part-time work experience
- Interest in account management or customer service
- Familiarity with CRM systems or databases
