Supply Chain Intern (Summer 2026)

Protomet is a fast-growing product development, engineering, and manufacturing company. Individuals must be results oriented and be prepared for a fast-paced environment.

Description of requirements:

Ability to work effectively in the ERP system to analyze current data. Must be detailed oriented and able to update systems quickly and accurately. Will report to the Supply Chain Manager. Cross functional collaboration is required in this role, with the Inventory, Purchasing, and Production teams.

Project Responsibilities:

• Continue the updates of the current Kanban inventory system with barcoding technology in production areas.
• System updating of current production materials.
• New product launches
• Other projects as time permits

Location:

• 2400 Maremont Pkwy Loudon, TN is the primary location with potential opportunities at our Oak Ridge location.

Compensation is $15-$20/hour M-F; Flexible hours up to 40hours per week.
