Location:

Spartanburg, SC - Carolina Behavioral Innovations, LLC (CBI) is a female and family owned ABA center founded by a mother of four, including a son with Autism. We are not a franchise!

We’re a passionate, close-knit team committed to empowering children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and supporting their families with ethical, evidence-based care.

We are seeking full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are dedicated, compassionate, and eager to make a lasting impact in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Implement Individualized ABA Treatment Plans developed by our BCBAs

 Collect and Record Data on client progress and behavior

 Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team members (Speech and OT)

 Provide caregiver training and occasional direct services

 Attend Team Meetings

 Set Goals and allow our team to help you meet them!

Clinical Duties:

 Oversee RBTs pursuing BCBA certification

 Conduct weekly competencies for new hires

 Review and provide detailed feedback on session documentation

 Mentor and support team development and retention

Qualifications:

 ABA Experience Preferred

 Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral health, and ethical clinical practices

 Reliable transportation, valid driver license, auto insurance, and smartphone

 Excellent communication and organizational skills

 Collaborative and proactive mindset

Physical Requirements:

 Ability to stand for extended periods, bend frequently, sit on the floor and lift up to 50 pounds
