Small professional services realty broking and financial engineering investment club with access to $11T/day interest rate futures markets is now seeking co-founding participants from the finance, mathematics, and legal disciplines to jump on board as we launch our first REIT. You should be: (1) a professional with an advanced degree who is subject to regulation by a state or federal agency, (2) experienced with at least 10 years of practice in relevant verticals, (3) looking for something startup-y, (4) in the market for an entrepreneurial opportunity, (5) willing to use your own cash or credit to facilitate the acquisition of a mortgage so that the company is ensured that we will either succeed together or fail together.
