Role Overview

You will engage prospective buyers and sellers, build rapport, understand their goals, and guide qualified individuals through our structured sales process. Success in this role requires persistence, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to assigned leads
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client criteria and timelines
