Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator | Scottsdale, AZ | Full-Time | On-Site $22-$27hr

We're growing fast and just opened our Scottsdale office — now we need the right person to keep up with us.

The Role

Our sales team is moving faster than our operations can support. That's where you come in. As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our deal flow — keeping documentation organized, transactions moving, and clients taken care of. You'll work directly with sales reps, vendor partners, and our operations leader. Do the job well, and you'll grow into leading our entire sales admin team.

What You'll Do

  • Collect, organize, and track deal documentation to ensure smooth fundings from application to close
  • Own CRM data integrity — every account, contact, and transaction should be complete, current, and accurate
  • Get on the phone when needed — chasing down documents, resolving open items, and keeping deals on track isn't just email work
  • Manage inbound customer service inquiries and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across a four-person sales team
  • Coordinate with vendor partners and funding personnel to align timelines and resolve issues quickly
  • Support the sales team daily using Microsoft Office, CRM, email, and phone
  • Help build and document the internal processes that will scale our operation as we grow

What We're Looking For

Experience in loan processing, mortgage, transaction coordination, or office admin is a strong foundation — but we'll train the right person. You need to be organized, communicative, and comfortable picking up the phone to work through a problem.
