What You’ll Do

-Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership

-Coach, motivate, and develop team members

-Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor and at the buy counter

-Help manage inventory, merchandising, and visual standards

-Assist with buying gently used clothing and accessories

-Open and close the store, handle cash management, and ensure store security

-Help drive sales through promotions, social engagement, and in-store events

What We’re Looking For

-Retail experience (leadership or keyholder experience preferred)

-Strong communication and customer service skills

-A positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude

-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

-Interest in fashion and current trends

-Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
