Highpoint Church is looking for a Production Coordinator who will help bring weekend services and special events to life. This is more than pushing buttons. You will help shape environments where people encounter Jesus through excellence in sound, video, lighting, and livestream production.

What You’ll Do

Serve as Service Producer for a Highpoint campus

Program and execute weekend services alongside worship and teaching teams

Lead and develop volunteer production teams

Troubleshoot technical challenges in real time

Oversee production for special events including weddings, funerals, and midweek ministries

Collaborate with campus leadership to create intentional gatherings
