Sales Internship - Summer 2026 at Brand Capture 

Location: Washington, DC or Boston (must be in-person in your city for the summer)
Hours: ~4 hours of in-person work per week + ~3 hours of additional remote work
Start Date: Early June 2026

Compensation: $250/month base + uncapped sales commission (estimated $500/month, no upper limit)

About Us

We are Brand Capture, a locally-focused social media agency in DC, Boston, and launching soon in Philadelphia. Our mission is to make social media personal by being the local team that knows your business, market, and community. We create authentic in-person content that connects brands to their communities and drives results.

Role Overview

We're looking for motivated students to join our team as Sales & Marketing Interns for Summer 2026. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to real business growth, gain experience in sales and content creation, and be part of a fast-moving agency. Our goal is for strong performers to continue with us into the fall and take on broader responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales: Reach out to local businesses, pitch Brand Capture's services, and work to sign new clients. Goal is 2 clients per month once fully onboarded.
• Content Shoots: Join on-site content shoots 2-3 times per month to support the team.
• In-Office Collaboration: Attend weekly in-office sessions and team meetings.
• Learning & Development: Dedicated time to build skills in sales, marketing, and social media strategy.
• Growth Contributions: As you settle in, opportunities to take on more responsibility and add value beyond sales.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student and available to be in-person in DC or Boston for Summer 2026
• Clear interest in sales with a background or curiosity in marketing
• Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable reaching out to new people
• Excited to learn in a fast-paced, growing agency environment
