Green Peak Development Group is a growing retail marketing and sales firm partnering with national brands inside major retail locations. We’re hiring an Entry-Level Sales Management Trainee for candidates interested in building a long-term career in sales, leadership, and business management.
This role starts at the entry level with hands-on training and offers a clear path into team leadership and management.
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers inside retail locations through face-to-face interactions
- Promote client products and provide exceptional customer service
- Learn sales strategies, leadership skills, and team development techniques
- Contribute to daily and weekly sales goals
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or leadership
- No prior experience required — paid training provided
- Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Career-driven, coachable, and motivated to grow
