Youth Sports Coach/Referee (Part-Time – Weekends Only)
Location: Coral Gables/Coconut Grove, Palmetto Bay, Kendall (Miami-Dade County)
Schedule: Saturdays and/or Sundays (No Weekday Responsibilities)
Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience
About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Sports Coordinators to join our team! In this role, you will help lead and manage weekend youth sports programs, ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging environment for kids. If you have experience working with children, a strong sports background, and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you!
Sports Programs Offered:
- Basketball
- Soccer
- Flag Football
- Baseball
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate youth sports programs for kids ages 3-13
- Engage, motivate, and encourage young athletes to learn and enjoy sports
- Coordinate and collaborate with volunteer coaches, parents, and staff
- Ensure all activities run smoothly and safely
- Communicate effectively with parents and address any questions or concerns
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all participants
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, or similar roles preferred)
- Strong knowledge of sports, especially basketball, soccer, flag football, and baseball
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within the company
- Must reside in Miami-Dade County
- Available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
