Business Manager

Position: Business Manager – Climbing & Fitness Equipment

Location: North Raynham, MA
Type: Full-Time,  Immediate
Salary: $22.00 to $29.00 per hour (based on experience)

About Us:

Treadwall Fitness is a pioneer in the climbing and fitness industry for over 30 years. We’re a small, passionate group looking for a motivated individual to help us grow and build world-class equipment based on climbing. If you enjoy doing multiple tasks, moving around, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative approach, this is a great entry point to the growing worlds of manufacturing and climbing. The position involves office and light packing work: everyone has multiple jobs so you will not be sitting at a desk all day.  You will work with shipping, customer support, marketing, office management, accounting, and assist in a wide variety of roles.

What You’ll Do:

You will play a key role in the business administration as well as light production where needed. Your day will include a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Office Maintenance – maintaining office supplies and digital management.
  • Shipping: Helping to handle shipping logistics, getting quotes, labels, coordinating with customers, and developing new options.
  • Accounting: Helping to coordinate accounts receivable and payable entry, sending invoices and entering bills as needed, working with customers.
  • Coordinating after-sale parts: Handling parts sales and shipping them, working with customers closely.
  • Marketing: Assist with marketing, handling postings, designing materials, taking images.
  • Light Production: Helping to order hardware and electronic parts, perform basic assembly as needed, fabricating logos, helping with hardware packing.
  • Business Development:  Working closely with fellow staff to grow the business, establish processes, and tackle the most pressing tasks each week.

  • Appreciation for fitness and climbing: Not required, but a big plus.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Business Experience: A background with basic accounting, office functions, and experience with business operations.
  •  Tech: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, able to handle social media and Meta platforms, willing to learn new applications as needed.
  • Marketing: Experience with basic marketing concepts and implementation.
  • Clear Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and willing to participate in group discussions.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience. 
  • Education: High school diploma or higher.
