EJT CPA LLC is seeking a high-performing Associate to support accounting, tax, and advisory work. This role offers hands-on experience across client accounting, financial analysis, and firm operations.

This is a direct mentorship opportunity with significant exposure to real-world financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

Assist with bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online

Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial reports

Support tax return preparation and workpaper organization

Build and maintain Excel-based financial models

Assist with cash flow forecasting and financial analysis

Support internal process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Background in accounting, finance, or related field

Strong Excel skills

High attention to detail

Strong written communication skills

Ability to manage deadlines independently
