Recruiter

Hire is seeking a driven and motivated Recruiter to join our growing staffing team in Chillicothe, OH. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruiting cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to building strong pipelines and maintaining lasting client relationships. You’ll play a critical role in meeting hiring goals, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and supporting our clients with high-quality talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of client openings.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly recruiting activity goals (e.g., outreach calls, candidate submissions, placements).
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Develop and nurture client relationships by understanding hiring needs, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to guide them through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with internal team members to meet company goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Stay informed on market trends and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
 

Skills & Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• High energy and goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
