Role Overview- We are looking for motivated people who are customer service focused to join our team! As a management and business development trainee you will assist with behind the scenes tasks as well as being front in center helping our customer pick products that fit their needs and wants perfectly.
Responsibilities-
- Be active on the sales floor by helping customers and practicing our service standards.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently to maintain strong relationships and brand loyalty.
- Maintain visual presentation standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications-
- Strong communication skills and a team mindset.
- Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Goal oriented and have the ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced customer environment.
