Design & Creative Production Intern

Reports To: Graphic Designer

Direct Reports: None

FLSA Status: Exempt (Not eligible for OT) or Non-exempt (Eligible for OT)

Employment Type: Internship

Position Overview: The Design & Creative Production Intern will support the marketing team by assisting with the execution and production of visual assets across digital, social, trade show, and sales enablement channels. This role focuses on design support, asset preparation, and content adaptation, helping increase creative output while maintaining brand standards.

Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities that must be completed

  • Assist with the creation, resizing, and formatting of marketing assets for digital, social media, email, and web use
  • Support trade show and event graphics, including signage, booth assets, and promotional materials
  • Prepare design files for internal review and production (exports, file organization, versioning)
  • Work from established brand guidelines and templates to ensure visual consistency
  • Collaborate with the graphic designer and content team on campaign execution
  • Assist with basic image editing, layout adjustments, and asset updates

Other duties as assigned

Non-Essential Job Functions: Other responsibilities not required to successfully do the job

  • Support light motion graphics or video editing if skills permit
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining creative asset libraries

Training: On-the-job training provided, including brand standards, internal tools, and creative workflows.

 

Qualifications: 

Education & Certifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

  • Coursework or hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Familiarity with social media or digital-first design is a plus
  • Portfolio, class projects, or work samples preferred

Physical Requirements:
