Great Lakes Honda Sales Intern

Overview
The Sales Intern works alongside the sales team to understand the vehicle sales process from first contact to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with showroom flow
  • Support sales consultants with paperwork and follow-ups
  • Learn vehicle features and pricing basics
  • Assist with test drive coordination
  • Observe negotiations and closing strategies
  • Help maintain showroom presentation

  • College student interested in sales, business, or entrepreneurship
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable talking with customers

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Consultants with customer follow-up
  • Assist with vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Participate in marketing and lead outreach campaigns
  • Track sales metrics and performance data
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly training sessions
  • Complete a final presentation on sales strategy or process improvement

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Coachable and growth-oriented
  • Access to reliable transportation (car access preferred)
  • Ability to work one Saturday per month (required)
  • Available full-time from June 1 – August 14
