  • Assist with HR documentation, templates, and process improvements
  • Assist in optimizing the newly implemented HRIS by auditing data accuracy, testing and refining workflows, improving reporting functionality, and supporting ongoing system enhancements.
  • Support general employee inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality

Compliance & Policy Support (25%)
See how HR policies come to life and why they matter. You’ll:

  • Assist with policy updates, formatting, and version control
  • Help track compliance requirements, trainings, and acknowledgements
  • Learn how HR ensures consistency, fairness, and legal compliance across locations

What You’ll Learn

  • The full candidate and new-hire lifecycle
  • How HR operates during real organizational growth and integration
  • HR best practices, documentation, and compliance basics
  • Professional communication and relationship-building skills

You’ll receive mentorship, regular feedback, and the chance to shadow the HR Manager across different areas of the function.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communicator with a positive, professional attitude
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Trustworthy with confidential information
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn

No prior HR experience required, just a genuine interest in the field and a willingness to jump in and try new things.
