About the Role: 

We are looking to hire Business Development Representatives. In this role you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive the company's sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential prospects, initiate contact, and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and decision-making process. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media messages. Craft compelling messaging tailored to each prospect to create interest and engage in meaningful conversations.
  • Source new leads and opportunities through inbound and outbound
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to maximize efficiency and conversion rates. Continuously update lead status and progress in the sales pipeline to provide visibility into performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize lead generation efforts and align messaging with overall marketing campaigns. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve targeting and ROI

What You Should Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo and sales automation tools is a plus)
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
