Overview:
Drives the efficient sourcing, recruitment, and placement of healthcare professionals while optimizing talent operations processes. Supports organizational growth by ensuring top-quality candidates are matched with client needs and maintaining seamless internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Coordinate interview scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups with candidates and clients.

Maintain accurate candidate and client records in applicant tracking and CRM systems (e.g., FieldGlass, Bullhorn).

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.

Collaborate closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to align talent supply with client demand.

Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations, credentialing requirements, and internal policies.

Analyze recruiting metrics and workflow efficiency to identify areas for process improvement.

Support training and mentoring of junior recruiters and coordinators.

Skills & Competencies:

Candidate sourcing and pipeline management

Interview scheduling and coordination

Credentialing and compliance knowledge in healthcare staffing

Applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM proficiency

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
