Role Overview
We are seeking an Marketing Coordinator to support company‑wide marketing initiatives, internal communications, and departmental workflow. This role works closely with the Marketing Director and serves as a key liaison between the marketing department and internal “clients,” including branches and loan officers.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while translating marketing requests, brand standards, and industry guidelines into clear, actionable support for internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Marketing Support & Communication
- Serve as a primary marketing contact for branches and loan officers, responding to requests, clarifying guidelines, and managing expectations clearly and professionally
- Communicate marketing direction, timelines, and requirements in a way that is easy to understand for non‑marketing audiences
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure they feel supported by the marketing team
Content, Brand & Guideline Support
- Assist in maintaining consistent brand usage across internal and external materials
- Review and help interpret technical or industry‑specific guidelines, distilling them into clear summaries or instructions for internal use
- Support the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing assets and reference materials for branches and loan officers under a roster of our various brands
Project & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables stay on track
- Track requests, assignments, and progress across marketing initiatives
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, or delays and communicate them early to keep work moving smoothly
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to support department priorities and execution
- Coordinate with other internal teams as needed to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and executed properly
- Maintain organized documentation and shared resources to support team efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with internal “clients” such as branches and loan officers
- Proven ability to think critically and distill complex or technical information into clear, practical guidance / Copy-writing experience
- High attention to detail with strong follow‑through
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
Preferred / “Nice‑to‑Have” Qualifications
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Familiarity with web design principles and WordPress CMS
- Experience supporting a marketing team or marketing leadership role
- Background in a regulated or technical industry (financial services, mortgage, or similar)
