Implementation Intern

This will be a full-time, 10-week internship out of our downtown Chicago office in Summer 2026. 

What you’ll do 

As an Implementation Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience and contribute to key projects, including: 

  • Identifying and understanding client deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. 
  • Developing and maintaining process maps using Lucid Chart and/or MS Project to track the status of print procurement and production solutions. 
  • Creating and managing client-facing resources, including internal documentation and action point logs from meetings. 
  • Assisting in preparing clear, compelling presentations that highlight the value of HH Global’s services and solutions. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and maintain quality standards. 

What we’re looking for 

We’re looking for candidates who are motivated and eager to learn. Ideal qualifications include: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with a focus or interest in project management. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 
  • Familiarity and interest in project management principles and tools (e.g. MS Visio, MS Project) a plus. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow ina project management environment.
