Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Front Desk Receptionist who is professional, personable, and highly organized. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and supportive office environment.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced legal setting.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner (in person and by phone)
Answer and direct incoming calls in both English and Spanish
Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars
Collect client information and update case management systems
Receive, scan, and distribute mail and legal documents
Assist with intake forms and ensure required documentation is complete
Process payments and issue receipts
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Experience in a law firm or immigration setting is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technology (scanners, phone systems, etc.)
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
