As a Realtor®, you will guide clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives — buying, selling, renting, or investing in real estate — while building long-term relationships and a strong personal brand.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through networking, marketing, and lead follow-up
Consult with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to understand their goals
Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and open houses
Prepare and present contracts, offers, leases, and transaction documents
Negotiate terms and pricing on behalf of clients
Coordinate inspections, appraisals, mortgage processes, and closing timelines
Stay informed on local market trends, pricing strategies, and inventory
Build and maintain a professional online and offline presence
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire transaction
Qualifications
Active New Jersey Real Estate License (or currently pursuing one)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Basic understanding of marketing and social media (preferred but not required)
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
