The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy individual to join our team as a Business Development & Marketing Associate. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will have a front-row seat to the scaling of a tech startup. This is not a "coffee-runner" role—you will be a key contributor to our growth and brand identity.

The Role Breakdown

40% Outreach & Sales Development: Identifying prospective clients and driving business growth through proactive cold calling and lead generation.

40% Marketing & Creative Strategy: Bringing fresh ideas to our brand, managing social media channels, and executing digital marketing strategies.

20% Customer Success: Working directly with our clients to ensure they are getting maximum value from our platform and learning the nuances of the construction industry.
